ESC’s company director, Emma Smith, spent 12 years working in partnership with the NHS as an employee of global pharmaceutical companies. In 2008, Emma established ESC Management Services to provide consultancy and interim management support to commissioners and providers of healthcare services. ESC has directly supported a range NHS organisations to deliver their organisational, service and project goals. In recent years, this experience and knowledge has been applied to bring expertise and insight to the provision of health services in school settings, both specialist and mainstream. Emma holds a Master's degree in the Legal Aspects of Medical Practice and is recognised as a national expert in health provision in the education sector.
